are you happy? is the title of the first Plumbea Records compilation, gathering five bands:
-M:ET - drums, guitar and bass trio. M:ET released their debut album with Plumbea Records, "Leros En Genolmen". The label is now publishing three new pieces of the band.
-PROP - hiding the real name of Pietro Procopio, Prop is a solo project. That means, the only musician in these tracks (taken from the forthcoming album, due on release in May 2006) is him, exploring sonority by using basses, guitars, drums, fiddles, samples, a synth and unidentified sounding objects. Prop first published the work "Aelle" for Plumbea.
-MY OWN PARASITE - guitars, bass, drums and trumpet. Plumbea released MOP's debut album "I Am" - as well as the following "Killer Elite EP". This compilation includes a Kitsch remix -track of the album "I Am"- plus live versions of Slave Of Milena (previously unreleased) and Kafka.
-SEARCHIN' GUITAR - drums and bass duo. This is their first release with Plumbea. We have three new pieces here, one of which is taken from the forthcoming soundtrack album (coming out on May 2006).
-BURN BERLIN BURN - guitar, bass, drums, vocals. This newly formed band recorded four songs for this compilation. BBB is currently recording the tracks for the official debut album.
are you happy? is a 70+ minutes compilation. It's an exploring journey made through different genres, while following a coherent line of research that both the label and the bands do care of.

are you happy? è la prima compilation di Plumbea Records. Raccoglie cinque gruppi:
-m:et- trio chitarra basso batteria. Plumbea ha già pubblicato il loro disco d'esordio -leros en genolmen-. In questa compilation pubblicano tre brani inediti.
-prop- prop è pietro procopio; quindi le batterie, bassi, chitarre, violini e quant'altro sono stati composti, eseguiti, registrati e missati dal suddetto. Per Plumbea ha già pubblicato -aelle- . I brani presenti nella compilation fanno parte del disco ufficiale la cui uscita è prevista per Maggio.
-my own parasite- 2 chitarre, basso, batteria, tromba. Plumbea ha pubblicato il loro disco d'esordio -I AM- e il relativo -The Killer Elite EP-. Presentano un remix di Kitsch (brano presente in -I AM-) e due brani live di cui uno inedito.
-searchin'guitar- duo basso e batteria. Sono tre brani inediti uno dei quali -Sigla- anticipa l'uscita del disco d'esordio (una colonna sonora) prevista per Maggio.
-burn berlin burn- chitarra, basso, batteria, voce. Il gruppo esordiente presenta quattro brani ed è attualmente impegnato nella registrazione del primo disco ufficiale.
are you happy? contiene quasi un'ora e un quarto di musica. Vengono affrontati e approfonditi trasversalmente vari generi, pur mantenendo un filo conduttore caro all'etichetta e ai gruppi che la compongono. A questo punto, dopo l'ascolto: are you happy?
